Our WET BULB SOCKS are sized to fit any instrument  probe
for  smokehouse humidity controls. (we make any size 100% cotton as well as disposable).

All edges are sewn as not to fray.

The WET BULB SOCKS is probably the least expensive item used
in the smokehouse cook cycle but one of the most crucial.

In some cases it can make the difference between turning a profit
and not.  If the product shrinkage is not controlled there will be no
uniformity in the product from one cook cycle to another.

The majority of our customers change the WET BULB SOCKS at
least once a day and some customers change after every cook cycle.
